Week 3

We've just passed the third week of quarantine, which has arguably been the hardest. The country, led on this occasion by its health workers, is resisting admirably but, to be perfectly honest, morals are pretty low at this point. Although we've learnt some "positive" figures lately, everybody knows that this is going to be a long war.

"My relatives are fine, but we are all quite tired of this situation. I'm looking after my little brother, who wants to go out and play with his friends and is very tired of being at home, too. My grandmother also lives with us. She also wants to go out because she doesn't know what to do at home. I want this to end, and the first thing I'm going to do is go partying with my friends".

"The weeks are getting longer and harder each time. To be honest, I did not think that this virus would last so long. I am a little overwhelmed to be at home without going to class and without seeing my friends (who I miss a lot) and my mother is already a little tired of having us at home. I hope this ends soon and we return to normal".

"Third consecutive week without leaving home. I am doing quite well, but I feel very tired because I do nothing, I am a person who always needs to do things and move from one place to another and at home I can do little.
This week I have been sleeping a lot, doing lots of homework, cooking and spending time with my family. I feel very sad because I cannot see my grandparents, I miss them a lot but they are fine, and that's the important thing.
Today I had to undergo tests at the clinical hospital in Valladolid, but I could not go because I would be risky and I could easily catch the virus.
I want this to end soon because there are many infected and many dead. I see striking news on television. People are going crazy at home, but they must remain calm as there is still much left. When all this ends, I think we are going to value what we have much more".
