Second week
We've reached the second week of quarantine and things are getting even more worrying than they already were. From worse to worst... The comments of the students reflect perfectly the difficulty of the current situation. Every day hundreds of people are dying, particularly the elderly: our parents and grandparents... This was all unimaginable just some weeks back.
According to the sanitary authorities, this is supposed to be the peak of the pandemic in Spain. Let's cross our fingers, pray or cooperate in whichever way each of us can to wake up from this nightmare as soon as possible.

"Well, this is already getting too complicated. The weather is staring to be nicer, but all the house is getting smaller and it falls on us. But we already know what it is, I think that it will not last until April 11th: it will be much longer than we imagine.
So that it doesn't get too boring for me, I do my homework, I play parchesi online, and my family and I play cards with my grandmother. Also, remember that this is not for me or for you, it is for them too. The older ladies and gentlemen are the ones who suffer the most. Please let's not be silly and stay home."Miriam
I think that this virus is getting out of hand, since people do not take it seriously and it is a very dangerous matter. If we all did what we were told, I think this would have already ended. I am very bored at home, as I only eat, sleep and little more. I run out of ideas. I have watched three series, I don't know how many movies and I have reached the point of washing the sheets four times in a week... To sum up, I hope this is all over soon.
All of this is pretty scary. People didn't care at all about the virus. The authorities said that it wouldn't be such a big deal, but a lot of people have died or are infected and the figures increase each day... this is getting out of hand. And, to be honest, the only thing that I think about is that my mum has always had health problems and even knowing that, she has to go to two different places to work every day and has to go to the hospital to help. They use plastic bags to "protect" themselves because they don't have material... On the other hand, two of my three brothers have asthma so... yeah it's frightening."

"I think that until April 11th, it is a lot of class time lost and a lot of boring time at home. I know that they are doing it for the good of everyone, but I do not think I can take it anymore... I keep busy doing house chores, helping my mother to clean, cutting wood, taking care of my little cousin and doing the homework that the teachers send us."
